Maryland Country Club Wedding Album Design for John Malloy

Album Designs
Graphi Studio album designed by Align Album Design

We have had the pleasure of designing nearly 50 albums for Pennsylvania-based wedding photographer John Malloy and his clients! John is always so kind to our team and such a joy to work with!

John typically uses our Hands-Off Service so that he doesn't have to be the middle-man and communicate between his client and his album designer. We act as his "in-house album designer" and communicate directly with his clients throughout the entire album design and revision process, freeing him up even more! His clients never see our branding and don't even need to know he is outsourcing. To find out if our Hands-Off Service is a fit for you, click here!

John was so kind to send us some photos of the printed Graphi Studio album that we designed for a stunning Maryland wedding he photographed. Most of the albums we design are square, but John loves horizontal albums for how well they lend themselves to the story-telling of the day. We couldn't agree more!

First sample album for Katie Iredale Photography

Album Designs, Align Legacy Books

We just recently started working with California elopement and wedding photographer Katie Iredale and we had the honor of designing AND printing her first sample album!

And we are already in love!

Katie's photos have such a carefree, fun vibe, and they pulled together BEAUTIFULLY in album form! She did a great job of selecting her very favorite images for the album and sending those to us. As a result she only made one image swap to the initial design and then approved it as is!

Katie took some photos of the finished 8x8 Align Legacy Book covered in Carob leather and we are so excited to share them with you! Here they are along with a few of our favorite spreads from this design:

So fun, huh!? To see the design in full, click through the slideshow below:

Pennsylvania Farm Wedding Album Design for John Malloy Photography

Album Designs
There are a couple things that make today's featured album design unique besides the fact that it is chock full of stunning images by the talented Pennsylvania-based John Malloy

1 -- It's a horizontal design
The large majority of the album designs we do are for square albums. But John loves to order horizontal albums from Graphi Studio. We love this format for story-telling. It gives us a lot of real-estate to tell the story from left to right.

2 -- It's 30 spreads!
The average number of spreads per album that we design is 18. So 30 spreads is on the larger side. Larger albums have a lot of advantages. They allow us to use a lot of images in the design without cramming the spreads full. They allow us to highlight the portraits and put the wedding party/bridesmaids/groomsmen on separate spreads. The images have room to breathe. And you can just use MORE of them!

We love working with John's beautiful images and especially appreciate the epic nighttime portraits he typically includes that work really well for the end of the story!
