Alabama White Barn Wedding Album Design for Rebecca Long

Album Designs
I mean....ya'll. This album design makes all our white wedding dreams come truuuuue! It's the quintessential dream southern wedding and it was photographed by one of our favorites -- Birmingham, Alabama-based Rebecca Long! We've been working with Rebecca for 7 years and have designed close to 70 albums for her! We feel so truly blessed that so many photographers like Rebecca have allowed us to be a part of their teams and serve their clients for so long!

Rebecca often uses our tip to request a list of images that are LEFT OUT of the design. Clients often think they need a bazillion images in their album, but then once they see how well their story is told through the initial design, they have much better perspective about which images are truly crucial and which are repetitive/unnecessary. To request this list from your designer, write something in the Additional Notes section of the album design order form such as "This client has a lot of favorite images, so feel free to use slightly more than usual. Please send me a list of the unused images after you've finished the initial design."

We adore how this design turned out! Here are a few of our favorite spreads:

Thank you for allowing us to work with your beautiful images Rebecca!

Cherry Blossom Maternity Album Design for Tori Watson

Album Designs
Madera Linen album

Most of the albums we design are wedding albums, but we love getting our hands on other types of sessions -- including maternity sessions! This week's featured design is for DC-based Tori Watson and shows off a dreamy maternity session she captured.

We love the simplicity of this album design. It's in our "simple" style -- utilizing clean white backgrounds and 1-4 images per spread max -- perfect for portrait albums.

We've had the pleasure of working with Tori for 6 years now, and she serves as one of our beloved Client Advocates. You can click here to watch a video of Tori sharing about her album process. She's a gem!

Tori was kind enough to send us photos of the printed Madera Books linen album. SO PRETTY!

Thank you Tori, for allowing us to work with your beautiful images!

New Jersey Campsite engagement album design for Tori Kelner

Album Designs
Miller's Lab engagement album designed by Align Album Design

We are DYING over this fun wilderness adventure engagement session in the hills of New Jersey captured by Tori Kelner! Tori's clients chose to relive their first camping trip together for their shoot and it turned out SO GOOD!!

Tori loved this session so much that she decided to create a sample album to show off to other clients and hopefully inspire them to memorialize their engagement shoots in album form! GENIUS!

Tori is super-smart and she also serves as one of our Client Advocates (these two things are likely related). Click here to see a video where she share a little bit about her album process!

Tori was so kind to send us some photos of the finished Miller's album. Here are a few of our favorite spreads from this design:

Coachella Valley Styled Shoot Album Design for Jaymel Molina

Album Designs

This romantic peachy summer-themed styled shoot was photographed by Las Vegas-based Jaymel Molina at the charming Old Polo Estate, located on 5 acres in the heart of Coachella Valley, just one mile from where the Annual Coachella Fest, Stagecoach, and Desert Trip is held.

And we are DYYYYYING over it! This shoot was also feature on Style Me Pretty. Suffice it to say, it was a dream to work with these images and create this sample album for Jay!

After we finalized this design for him, Jay shared this with us:

"I think the biggest reason why I wanted to outsource the album design process is that I never know what image to use. Most professional labs that offer albums have design software available which make it easy to just drag and drop images, but as a photographer I always want to use the images that I like, not necessarily the ones that actually tell the story of the day. That is why it was important to find an album design company that would help me with this process and save me time."

Brilliant! We love this perspective (obviously!) and were thankful to be brought on board!

Jay was kind enough to send us photos of the printed WHCC album. Here are some of our favorite images/spreads:
