Today's featured album design is one we did for New England Wedding Photographer Katie Slater. This wedding took place at Rosecliff Mansion in Newport, Rhode Island, and we are so impressed with how Katie documented this grand event! 
 
Of note -- this design was completed start to finish in 2 weeks AND those two weeks spanned the Christmas and New Year's holidays. Katie ordered our Hands-off Service and we communicated directly with her clients throughout the process. Katie's clients were VERY responsive and we were able to get an initial design and two full revision rounds completed in that time. Since then, we have also been honored to work on two parent album designs for this same wedding, both of which were completed very efficiently as well. 
 
We cannot get enough of Katie's stunning work! This clean and simple design really showcases her incredible photography and tells the story of this wedding day in such a compelling way. Enjoy a few of our favorite spreads from this design:

It was so fun to work with Virginia-based senior portrait and brand photographer Kelsey Marie Photography on this dreamy wedding album design! Kelsey passed this off to our team during her busy season and we were able to provide an initial design as well as navigate three very detailed revision rounds to make this design PERFECT for her client! That's what we are here for! We love to help lighten the load and take a huge task off of your plate!

Today's featured album design is one we did for the talented Annie Ryan Photography! We've worked with Annie for about 4 years now and just adore her work! 
 
For this particular album, Annie ordered exactly 15 spreads and sent us 50 images for the design with the request that we use them all. Now, it doesn't ALWAYS work well when a photographer asks us to "use all" of the images for a design. Sometimes that can turn into a situation where we are trying to put together the pieces of the puzzle and they just don't seem to fit. But in this case, it DID work well, namely because: 
 
1 -- Annie sent an appropriate number of images for the number of spreads she ordered. 
2 -- The image choices were intentional & went together really well. She did not send any one-off random images. 
3 -- The editing was very consistent throughout which lends to an aesthetically cohesive design. 
 
So the design came together VERY well and as a result the clients approved the initial design with NO CHANGES! That is always a high-five WIN for everyone involved -- the couple, the photographer and the design team!

Brace yourself! We have a drop-dead GORGEOUS album design to show off to you today! Michigan based luxury wedding photographer Nathan Johnston of J&N Studios photographed this stunner and we had a blast working with his images to tell the story of the day in a heirloom wedding album for the couple.  
About 95% of the albums we design are SQUARE albums, but this one is horizontal. Horizontal albums provide a unique opportunity in that there is a little more real estate for film-strip layouts like the one below. And they just seem to lend themselves really well to storytelling.
